2012 International Conference on Nutrition and Food Sciences(ICNFS 2012) is the premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Nutrition and Food Sciences. ICNFS 2012 will bring together leading engineers and scientists in Nutrition and Food Sciences from around the world.

Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

• Nutrition education
• Nutrition policy
• Nutritional state

ICNFS 2012 will be published in one Volume of IPCBEE, and all papers will be included in Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed by Thomson ISI (Web of Knowledge).

About 10 selected papers from the registered ones, will be published in the International Journal of Bioscience, Biochemistry and Bioinformatics (IJBBB,ISSN:2010-3638) free of charge.

One Excellent Paper will be selected from each oral session, and one Best Paper will be selected from the excellent papers. The Certificate for Excellent Papers and 200 Cash along with the Certificate reward for best paper will be awarded in the Welcome Banquet on July 24, 2012.
